I am looking to write a plugin to tap into event listeners. Specifically, event triggered when a user is mentioned in a page/blog/comment.
Currently this is the doc containing events:

I am not sure if there is anything specific to mentions.
Has anyone tried it before, is there a way to achieve this ?
