The following is a message I received on the page I usually access my confluence...
Any advice on what to do?
"Your Atlassian Cloud site is currently unavailable.
Please check Atlassian Status for known problems.
If there are no known problems and your page hasn't appeared again in 5-10 minutes then please contact our support team."
We are on the cloud and there haven't been any issues with Confluence all week. If it still isn't working, I would open a support ticket.
