Hello Yogesh,

When a project is created- based on project-type we select , it have some predefined sequence of activities (work flow). It possess certain workflow as defined  by JIRA.

Say for example- a project of type  - 'Jira Service Desk IT Support' has certain 

 Workflow Scheme, which is predefined for it by JIRA.

My question is can we able to modify this work flow and customize if needed? (at least in Next gen projects). If answer is 'yes' what level of permission required for that USER?

Yes, you can.

To do the customization you need to have Jira admin rights.
