Is there anything like a "responsive / auto-syncing" template ?

Hey guys,

I am currently creating dashboards as some type of a project overview for each of my clients. These dashboards contain various information that mostly remains the same. It could occur that I'll add some information or tasks manually. But each dashboard needs to link to some certain help-desk pages and got a "standardized frame" that will always be the same for each client. I also list the last 10 tasks of each project to see the current progress of each project. Adobe XD has a similar function called components (https://bit.ly/3ygfAh1)

My question is: Is there any way to define a template that "syncs itself" whenever I edit a existing (main?) template. Or could I do this by using macros?
