I would like to know if it is possible to make some kind of mask that Confluence users can fill in and then add the post to the page. Without having editing rights.
So for example for meeting notes that someone else always fills in who is not allowed to change anything else on the page. Or so that, for example, new members of our team can describe themselves and then add themselves to the team overview, and when they leave, remove themselves. Or fill in a mask for projects and add them to the existing projects themselves.
Thank you very much for any kind of hint!
Best regards,
Nicolas :)

It sounds like you might want to use Confluence templates? This wouldn't prevent people from changing content on the page, but it would ensure pages are created with a standard format. Here's a little more information from the Confluence wiki: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/blueprints-323982376.html
