Is there something better than "Set page status" in Confluence for Document Review & Signoff?
I just started using "Set page status" in Confluence pages - its ok, but we want something that does a bit more...
With "Set page status" it seems we can only add 3 Custom status items. I could probably work with just 3 - if I could also dynamically change the Color (like traffic light - Red, Yellow, Green) to indicate, for Example:
Red = Assigned
Yellow = In Progress
Green = Completed/Approved
Any suggestions on a tool or macro for Confluence Cloud that will do what I am looking to do?
Thanks,
Sheila
There are several add-ons for sign-offs that are more or less complex.

Before Page status, we used the normal status that we placed in a Page Property box, so we could use it in a page property report for quick overview. That worked for us, but you might want something a bit more robust in a form of a workflow maybe?
Hi @Sheila Glass ,
I second the recommendation of @__ Jimi Wikman and have a look in the marketplace. I'd recommend to test different addons, as you need one that fits your usage. We make one of the addons, but our usage is mainly tailored to strict document control flows.
Another option is to use different labels for page status, and collect the labels in a page properties macro with e.g. Document Metadata.

Thanks Marc and @Jimi Wikman - I've opted to use Status labels to track 'who's got the ball' as my documents pass through a few document Reviewers/Approvers. Plus for an at a glance indicator, I am also using the Add status feature that appears at the top of the page (3 Custom Status options Draft, Review & Approved).
Thanks for your replies.
Cheers,
Sheila
