Hello,

We have an issue collector in one of our Jira projects. It worked well during a couple of years until some weeks ago. The issue is that when the user fills the needed fields and click on 'Submit', the screen is freeze and the task is not submitted to our project.

This is what the user sees after click on 'Submit' button

Hope you can guide us through this.

Regards,

@Andres PEREZ MORATO welcome to the Atlassian community

Have you tried running the issue collector on a blank HTML page to ensure that it is working?  It would be good to ensure that it is working prior to troubleshooting on the page it is embedded on.

Many thanks @Brant Schroeder  for your answer.

I have run this on a blank HTML page and indeed I got an error. I explored the console and this is what I got:

SyntaxError: Unexpected token 'X', "XSRF check failed" is not valid JSON at JSON.parse (<anonymous>

I have been checking the community and did not get any solution for this.

Would you have any idea about how to solve it?

Thanks again

@Andres PEREZ MORATO I have never seen that error in Cloud.  I have seen it on Server but it was resolved.  https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-73212

Have you tried regenerating the embed code, I am wondering if something changed there.  It would be very unexpected, but it is worth checking.  Let me know what you find out.
