Issue while editing confluence page

Hi All,

We are facing issue while editing confluence pages. I believe its with synchrony. we are facing issue when multiple user edit a page. I checked the synchrony log also turned of collaborative editing,still dint help. We are running 6.1.2 version. Kindly help us on this.

If you turn off collaborative editing and still have issues, then it's nothing to do with Synchrony.

Whatever the issues are though, we really can't help you unless you tell us what they are.

Hi Nic,

We have edited few pages and when we are trying to publish it, we get a error saying "there is an error processing this request".

Kindly find the error image attached.

Ok, that's a start.  Now you need to read the log to see what the underlying error is.  <confluence home>/logs should have a file like atlassian-confluence.log - there should be details of errors in there.
