Issue with Action button and Hide-Condition

Hi there

I have a form with several action buttons to simulate a small approval process. the respective button can only be seen by the person who has to give his approval next.

if the page (table view from an entry) is loaded, everything is ok. But if the person clicks this button, all buttons are then visible to this user, although he should not be able to see them.

I noticed that restricted fields are suddenly visible after clicking an action button. However, these are restricted again when the page is reloaded. I am not the expert and do not know exactly which other information is relevant. Please report if something important is missing.
