Issues Creating Spaces and Pages in Confluence Cloud

When I click Create to create a new space in Confluence (Cloud version), the corresponding dialog box opens but will not load. Now, I am having the same issue when creating a new page.  I have looked in our documentation for solutions, but many answers are very technical and require modification of existing program files. I am not comfortable making those kind of changes--especially since I am not the product owner. I work for a small company the uses JIRA/Atlassian/Confluence for its documentation, tickets, and support site.

Is this a standard "blank page" you are creating, or is it from a template?

Can you try a different browser and check that you have the same problem?
