Issues to be fixed since move to cloud, need help!

There are a number of issues we are running into after trying to migrate our server to cloud, these are most important for us, please can anyone tell us if we can implement these in cloud version anytime soon? 

• Remove preview of files and instead allow for downloads directly from clicking them. Most important for spreadsheets.
• quizzes don't migrate over to new site
• global customizable HTML
• option to disable inline comments
• remove Spaces, Apps, Templates, + button from top nav bar
• add top banner with company link info to each page as a header
• add side bar navigation

Hi EpiX,

Unfortunately, there aren't many things you can do/configure in Atlassian Cloud - some of them will probably never materialize. I'll try to find something for you in points:

• Remove preview of files and instead allow for downloads directly from clicking them. Most important for spreadsheets.

  • Do you mean this addon? izi - LMS for Confluence - Courses, Quizzes, Forms 
  • If it is an addon, please try to contact the Vendor on how to migrate the data
• global customizable HTML
  • Not possible: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-5674 
• option to disable inline comments
  • This option may not currently exist for Confluence Cloud.

Thanks for your responses. With regards to the final 2 bullet points, see screenshot below, our page is currently set up with links across the top, "modeling applications" etc., our small logo in blue bar and a side bar menu down the left hand side, can it be set up like this on cloud version?

Hi EpiX,

Thank you for more info about your Confluence site. 

The left side bar with links is the same in Confluence Cloud as it is in Confluence Server, so that's OK.

Unfortunately, as for the top bar, it cannot be customized by itself - it is not possible in Confluence Cloud -> you will have to try a paid addon as Refined for Confluence Cloud
