Issues with adding and saving images to confluence

Issue 1: When trying to add an image to a confluence page I get an error. First, add an image and it shows on the screen but when you click save, you get an error.

Issue 2: When trying to add an image to a comment on a confluence page I get an error. Again you can add the image but clicking save, gives you an error. This affects all pages.

@Kojo How are you adding the image?  Can you explain in a little more detail the steps you are taking and provide a screenshot.  Also how large is the image?
