I downloaded Dropbox for Confluence Cloud. But have since realized that another Dropbox App [Dropbox for Confluence by ikuTeam (Office 365 & Gsuite Apps) Gold Marketplace Partner] is a better fit.
I get an error message when I try to download the new Dropbox App. I assume it's because I still have the other app installed.
The issue is the current Dropbox for Confluence Cloud is showing on my Billing Console but not on my Manage App list. After I cancel the subscription to the current app I won't be able to select Uninstall as the app does not appear there.
Feedback appreciated!

I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ They will be able to take a look at your instance and see what is happening.
