It is possible to share a page in confluence for viewing with users who do not have a confluence license without necessarily using a public link, as I would like this information to be restricted to the domain of the company I work

You can't do this.

Confluence has a couple of options, but both make pages globally accessible, not restricted by domain.  There's public links and anonymous access.

To restrict by domain, you have to have a rule that lets people in, and that generally means you need to identify them as belonging to a domain... by getting them to log in.
