We wanted to upgrade confluence data center version from 7.8.1 to 7.13.0 ( LTS version ). We wanted to know the detailed steps on how to do upgrade to 7.13.0 and where to download the 7.13.0.
Thanks,
Please let us know what is the build number we can change in confluence.cfg.xml before starting confluence.
I attached the DB screenshot of build numbers and confluence web url screenshot while upgrading.

It sounds like Confluence didn’t finish upgrading before cluster mode was restarted.
Change the build number in your confluence.cfg.xml to match the database and restart Confluence.

While upgrading confluence data center from 7.81. to 7.13.0 , got the issue. Any work around's or fix for this.
Confluence cluster node will not start up because the build number in the database [ 8502 ] doesn't match either the application number [ 8703] or home directory build number [ 8703 ]
