A JIRA Issue Macro is used on a Confluence page however, it will not display all records returned. A box is shown that indicates "Unable to render Jira issues macro. Connection to Jira has timed out." When I limit the number of records to be shown to 140, then the page will render.
I am wanting to utilize Table Filter and Charts plug-in and need to have all records returned.
Any ideas on what may be causing tis to happen?
TIA
Hi @Wendy Schaeffer ,
Based on the description provided, perhaps you should consider reading Timeouts in the JIRA Issues Macro or Highlighting Plugin , in which provides troubleshooting steps.
If you agree, please consider becoming a watcher, add a comment and/or vote on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-57772 - Add Pagination to Jira Issues Macro, as this would resolve the issue you are experiencing.
Kind regards,
Rafael
Yes and No.
I am able to return custom fields but am limited to how many can be displayed. All issues with the custom field being displayed returns "Unable to render Jira issues macro. Connection to Jira has timed out.".
I am watching and have voted .
Thanks!!

We are looking at the reading suggested.
Wanted to point out that all records are returned is the feilds displayed are limited to ones that are not custom fields.
If I remove Sprint and Story Point from the Display, then all records are returned. Once they are added back even one at a time, the "Unable to render Jira issues macro. Connection to Jira has timed out." is displayed.
Any ideas?
TIA
