JIRA Server Not Found For Status Report Creation

Hello,

I am trying to create a JIRA report from a template in Confluence. I am not sure if this is a out of the box report or was added as a plug-in. When I try to create the report, using create from within a space, JIRA Report and select Status Report, then Next, I get a red bar that says Can Not Connect To JIRA server.

I would appreciate any direction in resolving this issue. Thank you for your time.

Have you checked if JIRA is added under 'Application Links'? Please configure your JIRA using Application Links. I suppose that would solve the problem. Do let me know if that helps.

Any clues on this? My dropdown list is just empty, although the App. Link to JIRA is fine.
