JIRA attachment error

Every time I try and attach a file to an issue in JIRA I keep getting a popup box with HTML in it. I've tried loading JIRA in Edge and Firefox but to no avail as the box just keeps popping up every time. Is there a fix for this issue?

check your settings in JIRA. Make sure one you do have permissions to attach files although the popup does seem indicate that. Two have the administrator check settings on how you want attachments to be displayed.  in mean time I will check more research--Jira usually doesn't like edge or firefox. Try chrome.
