JQL Issues does not display the information in the description field

I have a jira issue where the description contains a table and I have one issue where the description has an image.  When I use the JQL Issue in my Confluence page, the description does not render the table and for the other, it does not show the image.

Hi, @Kathi Paquet - could you possible add a screenshot of what you're seeing blurring any irrelevant information?
