Hello there!
Environment
There are 2 virtual machines for Jira Server and Confluence instance. Apps linked by local IP directly. All users connect to Jira and Confluence via proxy machine, using public IP. (3 VM in total)
Issue
We have a problem with the Jira Chart plugin in Confluence. As you see in the picture below, we have several links. All links go to the Jira Issue Navigator via Application Link. But, link View in Jira goes via Display URL (public IP, proxy VM), while links behind numbers go via Application URL (local IP and port of Jira VM). That's why I can easily see link View in Jira and have connection errors for all other links. If I change the local IP with the port in links to the Display URL, I can open the links.
Question
Is there any possibility to change the behavior for the Jira Chart plugin to use only the Display URL from the Application link?
Hi Nikita,
Unfortunately, I don't think you can modify any of the links from the chart. They just get picked up from the jql that you enter.
Cheers
