Jira Issue/filter macro and tokens issue in Confluence

Hello all,

We have a user that cannot use Jira Issue/filter macro in Confluence.
It seems that there is an issue with access tokens.
Confluence: 2 tokens

Jira: no token

The filters user tries are working fine in jira. User tried inserting even a single issue with macro with no result.
User tried this in different browsers.
The error is this one:

Note that user has another disabled account in both jira and confluence but with different usernames from the current ones.
The usernames user has now are the same in Jira and Confluence.

Any suggestions?
