Jira Macro has "lost" values in one field

Sarah Sheffield October 20, 2021

HI!

We use a Jira macro on a Confluence page to display all of the items that are up for UAT.  One of the fields we have set for display in the table of results is "Deployment Status".  This macro worked beautifully until this week when we have noticed that the Deployment Status is no longer pulling through into the table on our Confluence page.

I have verified that the field does contain a value on the items that are returned by the Jira filter.

I have removed and re-added the field from the Jira macro.

I have deleted and re-created the Jira macro.

None of the above have worked.

Any ideas?

Hi @Sarah Sheffield

Take a look at this post that contains some workarounds: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-53500

Regards

Thanks for this - but now I don't need it. I went to the affected page this morning and the field is showing in the results table. Weird.

I am saving these workarounds though - always a good idea to clean up custom fields, etc.
