Jira & Confluence Application links not working

Hello Team,

Applications links is not working after upgrade. As it showing status unavailable trying to configure and not able to save configurations.

Please find the error screenshots for reference.

It looks like there could be two problems here, but start with the more important one

You've got an error that "Jira is not reachable".  This is a bit of a "microsoft answer" - it's technically accurate, but doesn't tell you anything of any use in fixing it.

You will need to hop on to the server and try to establish why the Confluence service cannot reach Jira.  Can it resolve the name, ping it, connect to it on the right port and so-on.
