Jira gadgets not displayed in confluence after upgrade to version 9

Hello ,

We're facing a problem after upgrading confluence DC 9.2.0 which is that all the jira gadgets present in multiple pages in confluence are not visible it shows an error :

There are problems with the current configuration for this gadget. 
The errors below may have been caused by the deletion of entities required by the gadget or by changes to your permissions.

dashboard.item.error.invalid.project

NB : we already installed the gadget plugin but nothing changes
The confluence is well connected to Jira via application links

Any ideas please?

What are these macros on the pages and which plugin are they from.

Is this plugin compatible with Confluence version 9.2?

It's the Gadget Confluence 

They are The jira gadgets such as : Heatmap gadget...

Also the Heat map gadgets were discontinued in December 2024, so you will need to find an alternative gadget to replace the lost functionality, such as the Bubble Chart or a custom gadget.

Yes I agree with @Marc - Devoteam

When I checked some time back Atlassian had a Beta version for their replacement but not sure where they are at this point.

Lot of gadgets in Confluence were showing as broken. Not a fun situation

Your source of truth are the application logs. Please check them and see what errors they are showing.
