We upgraded to 6.14.0.
Things that aren't working while editing a page....
ctrl-1
ctrl-s
....And probably a lot more.
e -- this one still works when viewing a page.
Is this by design? Is it a bug? Is my system broken? Thanks.
Hello Brendon,
Keyboard shortcuts are still available within Confluence 6.14.0. I just tested on Confluence within Windows and Mac OS and was able to verify the keyboard shortcuts are working in 6.14.
Can you please confirm a few items so we may look into this a bit further:
We look forward to your response so we may find out what's going on.
Regards,
Stephen Sifers
Tried safari and chrome with multiple computers. No love. I also tried on older versions of Confluence instances and works fine there. Its just the instance with 6.14 isn't working.
I also tried safe mode and that also did not work.
I asked around and apparently it is just my account on that one instance. Any idea now? I'm going to ask around more tomorrow because it seems weird that its just my account.

I figured it out. Under my profile the "keyboard shortcuts" enable option was not checked. No idea how it got un-checked!! I also went on a mission and fixed a bunch of other broken stuff which I Found answers to in the KB.
Thanks for the hint :)
