Guest users in my org are unable to click on label content. They receive a "You stumbled upon restricted content" message. The user is assigned as a guest user to the specific space. The guest user is able to click on the actual page in the left sidebar and even search the page related to the label content and view without any issues. Just when they click on the label content, they receive the restricted content message.
The label content for this specific space is listed under "Browse by topic". When a guest user clicks on one of those they hit restricted content page. But if they click on the related page in the left sidebar or even when they use search field they are able to view page without any issues. I seen in a similar issue that this is intentional behavior for guests? Is this still the case? Or has Confluence Product team worked out the kinks?
Hi @Krisjian Sabala the link mentioned by @Evgenii has been converted to a Suggestion. You should add your vote to that issue to show that it is gaining interest. I've added mine :)

Hi, @Krisjian Sabala
You're absolutely right, it's the problem which is described in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-75547
Unfortunately, it hasn't been fixed. There is similar issue in community, with this problem but workaround still not found.
