Label mandatory for attachment upload in Confluence

Will it be possibe to make lable as mandatory when user uplaod attachment in Confluence ?

I realize this is a very old Post but I am doing a little bit of cleanup in the community. I'm assuming that you have already found your answer to this but maybe if future members search for this my answer will help. OOTB, there is no means of accomplishing this. You would have to look at an add-on solution. It would be worth looking in the marketplace.
