Labels in Product Requirements index page (Confluence)

I am part of a Product Management team that would like to start using Confluence to manage all of the product ideas that are constantly coming our way. For each new idea, we plan to create a page from the Product Requirements template. Confluence automatically creates an index of all Product Requirements pages, so that's where we would go to see our master list of product ideas.

At a minimum, I would like to be able to tag ideas and have those tags displayed in the master list. That way we could sort the list by tag to quickly find related ideas.

What would be even cooler is if we could have different tag types, like themes, sub-themes, and applications. For example, we would want to tag the idea "Super Cool Toaster" with the "Kitchen" theme, the "Small appliances" sub-theme, and the "Toaster" application. Then when we look at the master list, we could sort by application and see all ideas tagged with the "Toaster" application. Or we could sort by sub-theme and see all ideas tagged with the "Small appliances" sub-theme.

Anyone have ideas on how I could do something like this? Or am I trying to do something way too complicated for Confluence?

Then list the all the label inside the template/page:

Then list out all the page that related to the label:
