Large tables with severe lag?

Anyone else have an issue with a large table having severe lag when editing? I have worked with large tables before, but never had such a problem. I'm talking lag of up to a minute or more. There are many email addresses in it (i.e. mailto: links) and I wonder if that might be contributing? We're on v7.4.4 FWIW

The same for 7.4.13 - started to receive negative feedback about performance of page with large tables in editing mode.

Issue is not related to email links in content and reproducible in local instance of confluence.

Same problem here. Large tables without email addresses and it is a problem to edit/save them.

We are on 7.13.0
