Legacy Editor template gone?

Hi,
I'm working with some old pages created in the Legacy Editor and need to create an additional page using the Legacy format.

This was done by using the Legacy Editor template but this seems to have disappeared.

How can I get back the Legacy Editor template?

@Russell Tobin Raise a ticket to Atlassian support and they will enable Legacy Editor for your Confluence.
