Our project is 3 years long and we want to split our costs for 3 partners. Would it be possible that each year different partner will pay for that, and we do not lose our project space?

Hi @Ilia_lashkov welcome to the community!  This question is probably better served by Atlassian's support team.  I would suggest opening a ticket with them (support.atlassian.com then click the 'Contact' link in the upper right corner).  There should then be an option in the dropdown for 'billing, payments and pricing' or something like that.

They should be able to help you.

No, you will have to handle your own distribution of costs internally.  Atlassian simply bill one organisation for the use of their systems.

Hi @Ilia_lashkov - Not sure if I have understood your query completely hence please let me know if my understanding is correct -

The process of renewing the Atlassian licensing remains the same irrespective of who is paying for it. You can generate a quote and pass on the invoice to any of your internal teams. That is a process internal to your organization .
