Hi guys,
We have a licensed user that has permissions to view and add comments to most of our spaces. Recently, he is not able to access one of the spaces anymore. He can see all other spaces, dashboard, etc. When he tries to access that space, he is redirected to the Viewport with no option to view in Confluence. We checked all space permissions and everything seems fine.
Any ideas what might be happening?
Thanks!
@Dima Mineva Have you inspected their permission https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/inspect-permissions-992678939.html to see what the issue might be? If there pemissions are fine then I would suggest clearing the browser cache to just make sure this is not the issue. (It probably is not) Do you have any apps installed? Is there a page restriction on the landing page?
Hi Brant,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, we did check all of that.
It turned our to be a checkmark in our Viewport settings that reads "Restrict access to Confluence UI". For some reason this was checked but the user was not added below. Once we added the user, the issue was fixed.
