Hello,

Got one question about licensses, I don't know how is this possible we have only 7 users of 10 in group jira-confluence-administrators, but the atlassian is showing like there are 9 licenses out of 10 in use???

Also we got 11 users in jira-administrators 1 is disabled?

Also I cannot delete from groups anyone? how can I do that?

I dont know why is Jennifer Evans in side, she does not exist in our company?

How are those licenses count? which users are taking in, and why are there 2 more licenses used but the users are only 7 out of 10

Can you double check (on the global permissions) which groups / users have the permissions to access confluence

These permissions determine which users count towards the license
