Hello,
I prefer using markdown creating Wiki pages.
To my understanding, the new editor does not support Markdown. Only legacy editor can do that.
How can I create a Wiki Page using the legacy editor, so I can use Markdown syntax?
Thank you,
Hi @Ali Moeen
Not sure if you were able to find a solution for your case yet, however, I'd like to invite you to check out our app:
It allows you to add Markdown, LaTex, AsciiDoc, and Diagrams on your Confluence page by adding the relevant macro and providing the content you need.

@Ali Moeen welcome to the Atlassian community
You used to be able to request it be enabled through support. It would replace the new editor. I am not sure that they are doing this anymore. I would suggest voting for the following enhancement request so they add markdown to the new editor. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68272

@Ali Moeen I believe you can still use it via the API. I would need to review the latest API documentation to confirm. As for the editor you are correct. Unless Atlassian implements it again as part of the product I am not aware of a way to use it in the product.
