Limited number of users with the same name appeared in the page restriction search

Hello Community!

I had a lot of troublesome issues after upgrading from 6.15.9 to 7.13.2 late last year.

Version：Confluence Data Center V7.13.2

This issue has been registered in Atlassian's public issue tracker but is low priority.

Description：

Only 6 of user return in the search result of page restriction but none of them is the intended user. Not able to add the intended user to page restriction.

Use an API? or search with Full Name?

And I did test this in my instance which is on Version 7.13.2 it is also showing up username inside the bracket after full name.
