Link from one page to a section of another page

I want to link from one page to a section in another.

example I have a page called 'stand-in'. In the first section of this page I  want to highlight 'project scope' and add a link to the scope in a another page.

Ive tried Anchor, but it just takes me to the other page and not the section?

It really looks like an Anchor macro. 

Also you can try an Excerpt Include Macro , it is a bit different, but can help you too.
