Links from PPT/Word etc.. Connect to Confluence Home Page and not Specified Link within Confluence

I have a user who is adding links to a specific Space/page within our Confluence environment to a PPT.

Using Safari the links from the PPT works fine - the link goes to the specified page.

Using IE (Edge) the links from the PPT works fine - the link goes to the specified page.

Using Chrome, the links only report back to the Confluence Home Page.
