Links persist when I copy pages to a new space

When I copy a page (that has inline links) from space A to space B, 

• Some links "map" to target pages in space B
• Some links persist to space A. 

I end up having to manually find and correct those links in space B.

Any tips?

If you need to persist the link to Space B the relative links are helpful here
