Hi everyone,
We upgraded to 6.9.0 a few months ago and are now just noticing an issue. When we save a page (possibly on just old pages which have not been edited for a few years), even with no changes, all the pages links are removed. Just a single "<ac:link />" remains, where it used to be "<ac:link>...<ac:link />".
We initially suspected Scroll Versions but after chatting with their support team they think it's a vanilla confluence issue, possibly some sort of update task gone wrong.
Has anyone ever experienced this or any have idea what's happening?
Hi Joe,
have you by any chance Script Runner & Page Information macro on these pages? This in combination with Scroll Office Ignore macros deleted the content inside the Scroll Ignore macro. We found out after upgrading our production site...
Problem was the migration process of Script Runner.
Can you access the page history & copy/return to the older page versions?
Best
JP
Hi,
Thanks for your answer, unfortunately we don't have any ScriptRunner plugins installed.
