Livesearch functionality

Hi,

in our Knowledge Base (Confluence Server 6.15.2) we use the livesearch makro and experience the following behaviour:

a) a user that does not have any license

- typing in a search term in the livesearch box + hitting ENTER right away directs the user to a page https://whateverisinbetween/dosearchsite.action which shows the 'you have no access here' castle image and the breadcrumb line indicates this user wants to access Administration -> Users

b) a user that has a confluence-user license

- does exactly the same and goes to same URL, but for this user the search result page is shown listing the articles matching the search criteria

Any idea how I can make user a) see the search result page with search results listing as well?
