Livesearch macro exact matches only

I cannot determine a way to configure or use the Livesearch macro so that I can find pages with Only the search criteria

My search is Claims Validation 1.3.7 TBD, and my results shows all of the pages that have any of those terms, but I want the results to only include pages that includes ALL of those terms in the page.

Although I voted for this.  The likelihood that Atlassian will resolve an issue that is over 10 years old is minimal.  A competitor that has a similar product and better functionality is more apt to resolve this issue first.  Sorry but that is a reality.  We are 'stuck'

I discovered that including an "AND" and quotes in the search was the solution >>> "Claims Validation 1.3.7 AND TBD"
