Our entire team is periodically locking up when editing a document.  Can you please fix it?  An error message does pop up that you are having trouble so hopefully there are logs you can review.  Thank you for your time, the slowness is debilitating.

@jamie.christie I would suggest submitting a support request here https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ unless you are on a free plan.  If you are on a free plan I can escalate it to Atlassian Support.

Please provide as much information as possible like space name, page name, time when this happened, what you were doing when it happened, etc.

Thank you, Brant!  I do have a paid plan, however, when I try to report, I am sent in an endless loop to go through the Community with no button to submit my error.  See attached screenshot.

It typically happens upon editing a document in Confluence after recently publishing.  An error pops up that the Confluence Team is experiencing issues to wait.

After waiting 2-3 minutes, if you hit refresh a couple of times, the page loads.  Confluence Error on Edit.jpg

Hi Jamie,

The reason you are not able to log a support ticket is:

  • You don't have sufficient privilege to log a ticket, as per the Atlassian Support offerings for any technical support you need to take help from your site admin to log a ticket on your behalf. Please see the below screenshot for reference
    Screenshot 2023-06-02 at 5.41.36 PM.png
  • You don't have to enter the full URL of your site where it mentions the space key as well. You just need to enter the URL till atlassian.net only something like https://yourdomain.atlassian.net

I would also like to mention that Community Posts are public platforms and are visible to everyone on the internet therefore please edit your screenshot to hide identifying information which included the site URL or you can remove the screenshot itself.
