Log Anlayzer not showing Error,Warn other messages

Hi Team,
By mistake we deleted logs directory at /var/atlassian/application-data/confluence. So we created logs directory with the same privileges it has before and restarted confluence. After restarting confluence when we saw in LagAnalyzer there are no messages at all despite of having some warn, error,info mesages in atlassian-confluence.log. It is scanning atlassian-confluence.log but not displaying any info, error,warn messages in log analyzer. Please help us in resolving this issue.
