Looking for a plug in or macro

I am looking for a plug in that allows the end user to select specific information from a series of drop downs and they will be provided with an answer. To simplify, "if x and y are chosen, then the answer is z". Hope this makes sense. If anyone can let me know if there is an appropriate plug in/macro that would be great.

Run Plugin for Confluence provides the selection dialog. Depending on what logic is needed to determine the answer, you may also need some sort of scripting via Script Plugin for Confluence
