Looking for a template for my team to submit their ideas as part of Idea Jam

I am running an idea jam and looking for my team to submit their ideas using a predefined template. I can not find such a template in Confluence. Can you please suggest

1) If there is such a template

2) How to create such a template in Confluence which I can include my my page of Idea Jam. I want them to click a button to open the Idea template and submit...

Hi @murali.sundararaju ,

Create your own Template in Global Templates and Blueprints .

Then add a Create from Template Macro in your page.

Users can click on the button you've created and submit their own idea page.
