Macro-menu language keeps changing randomly

Hi
In my work instance of Confluence the language in the "macro" menu when I type "/", such as table of content, list etc. keeps changing to German, Russian-like etc. before returning back to my default English again. This has been going on for several days.

I have a private instance where this is not an issue.

Strange issue happening there. Have you tried to clear your browser's cache?

What is your the default language of your OS and browser?
