Macro or User macro to find Top 5 users & Popular content of confluence space / page

I would like to display top 5 users and Popular content of my confluence page / space. There are macros called "Top users"  and "Popular content" for which corresponding apps is not installed in my confluence instance.

Can you please advise on how I can pull Top users and Popular content to display in my confluence page.
