Macro "Content by Label" does not filter attachments correctly

I am trying to return attachments with a particular label and with a specific ancestor or parent. If I do not specify the ancestor/parent, I get a list of attachments. If I specify ancestor or parent, I get no hits at all, regardless of what I set the parent/ancestor to.

Have I missed something?
