Macro shows Unlicenced User in macro

We have come across an issue with the Task Report Macro displaying the Unlicensed User lozenge in the results even though the user is valid and is correctly displayed in other fields.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what may be the issue

Have exactly the same issue in two confluence cloud instances. Licenses are all valid and users have permissions in the space. I also tried deleting and re-adding the assigned users but no difference.
