Macros - Is it possible to edit the Macros' list?

The macros I most-often use are not displayed in the primary drop-down menu, each time I have to use them I have to go for the "Other macros" option and then search for the macro I need. Is it possible to edit the Macro menu to show me the macros I need? Is it also possible to show the most recently used macros in this list?

No way to currently adjust which macros are shown or hidden.
